CUSTOMER SUPPORT LEADER

Xotic Guitars and Effects, a musical instrument manufacturer is looking for a Customer support leader. The ideal candidate should be passionate about guitars, being a team player, being part of a company that is innovative, focusing on continuous improvement, having a keen attention to detail and a desire to work within a casual but face paced environment.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Handle inquiries and assist customers via email or phone
  • Accept orders and produce invoices
  • Collect and make payments, deposits, and record
  • Maintain and update record, files and sales reports
  • Data entry
  • General office/administrative duties
  • 5 days a week (8 hours a day Monday through Friday) – 40 hours/week

COMPENSATION:

  • Based on experience

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ yr experience of customer service in musical instruments industries

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 year experience of customer service in musical instrument industry
  • Expert level of knowledge in electric guitar is must
  • Basic computer skills (email and excel)
  • Ability to learn new software
  • Detail and deadline oriented
  • Able to work well individually and in teams with minimal supervision
  • Ability to prioritize with good time and task management skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self motivated, dependable and flexible
  • Ethical and honest

JOB TYPE:
